Fluent Wave Translations Refund Policy
Overview
By making a purchase from us, you agree to be bound by the following Refund Policy. Please read it thoroughly before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation at any time before your order is completed. Refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed by the translator. For example:
If you place an order for three pages of certified translation totaling $74.85 and request cancellation within 60 minutes, you will receive a full refund of $74.85.
If you request cancellation while the order is in progress, we will assess the completion status. If one page has been completed, a prorated refund will be issued for the remaining two pages, totaling $49.95.
Any secondary services (notarization, shipping, etc.) that have not been provided will be refunded in full.
Turnaround Times
We provide a 24-hour standard turnaround estimate for 1-3 pages only for English-Spanish and Spanish-English language pairs. Turnaround times for other language pairs will be assessed, and clients will be notified accordingly.
Completion may take longer due to factors such as poor file resolution, handwritten documents, or pending clarifications from the customer.
Orders received after 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day will be processed on the next business day, with the 24-hour period beginning at 8:00 a.m. of that day.
Rush Orders: If you place a rush order outside business hours and require notarization, please check with our customer service team for availability. Rush fees apply primarily to translation services, and cancellations or refunds will not be granted in such cases.
Quality Concerns
We use only qualified translators, but translation quality can be subjective. Multiple phrasing options may exist, and we will work with you to ensure satisfaction with the final translation.
In rare cases where a translator fails to meet our quality standards and revisions are insufficient, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund.
Translation Acceptance
Except for USCIS, we do not offer refunds due to translation acceptance issues. It is your responsibility to ensure our translation meets the requirements of your receiving party.

Shipping Issues
We use USPS for standard mailing services. Since USPS is a third-party provider, we do not offer refunds for issues related to their handling of your shipment.
